Proposed Rule Changes to Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee

Proposed changes to rules governing the practice of architecture in West Virginia have been on public comment since July.  After the public comment period ended, the West Virginia Board of Architects filed Agency Approved Rules which are expected to go before the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee of the West Virginia Legislature during interim meetings in October.  The affected rules are listed below.
